I help buyers & sellers find their dream homes and achieve their goals in Jefferson County as a Broker with Windermere, Port Townsend. Since 2007, I have been actively involved in Pacific Northwest real estate as both broker and developer.
After many years exploring the Olympic Peninsula, my wife, and two daughters, and I decided to make Jefferson County our home. I will put my years of experience living in Port Townsend, Irondale, and Chimacum to your advantage and I am dedicated to making your real estate experience rewarding all the way to closing.
Professionally, I have been working on real estate since 2007. Previously I managing building projects for Seattle Public Utilities. During that time I had the great opportunity to work on hundreds of real estate projects ranging from Built Green construction and the first Living Building in the world at the Bullitt Foundation.
Personally, I have been lucky to have been involved in the real estate process as a buyer and seller. Previously, we bought and restored a 1906 Farmhouse in Fremont. Today, in my spare time, you can find me logging, milling, building, or digging on the mini-excavator.

Our Port Townsend discovery story is one of good fortune and good friends. After years of traveling and exploring the Olympic Peninsula, we decided we would move to Port Townsend and found a rental at Finnriver.
Over the course of the next year, we moved to Irondale, where we shared property with good friends just a few blocks from Irondale beach.
Our children have attended many of the great schools in Port Townsend including Salish Coast Elementary, the Swan School, and the Ocean homeschool program.
Here is a list of community organizations we currently support to name a few:

My mission is to help buyers and sellers with the complex process of real estate transactions. I will always put my client's needs first. My goal is to make finding your dream home a seamless experience from search to closing.
One of the main reasons we moved to Port Townsend was because of how family-friendly it is!
We enjoy traveling and have had many great adventures throughout the United States and also Internationally (but we always love returning home to Port Townsend).
I love to do anything around the water including surfing and paddling. One of my favorite spots in the world is the Elwha River. My father was a waterman on Long Island, and grandfather a Navy Seal in WWII, so you might say salt water is in my veins.
I'm passionate about affordable housing, and in my free time I like to build tiny homes. I am also on the Board at Housing Solutions Network.
